PRESS RELEASE
"Mixing dark fuzzy stoner rock riffs with classic rock sensibilities and addictive song-writing hooks, EES occupy the gaping void somewhere between Queens Of The Stoneage, AC/DC and Black Sabbath." KerrangSUGOI INDEED was hand crafted in Japan… Attie Bauw (Judas Priest, Scorpions) who produced the last two EES albums was at the controls again, only this time he was happy to take a back seat as Engineer on the basic tracks, and let Electric Eel Shock produced the album themselves…
“This is the album we are 100% proud of…” Says Aki, EES guitarist and vocals and who took the production reins on the album… “Attie taught us so much about using a studio and with the help of our fans we had the budget and time to record an amazing album…”In the beginning ELECTRIC EEL SHOCK recorded and released their own albums, and booked their own gigs all over the world… They toured in over 20 countries before they did their first license deals… They have now released three albums commercially and taken that figure to over 30 countries… Electric Eel Shock’s connection with their fans paid off when they raised $50,000 to record their latest album through SellaBand.com, leaders in Fan Funded music who recently announced Chuck D as their US ambassador… One territory that had previously been somewhat neglected by the globetrotters is their home Japan, although they have released albums through Roadrunner Records and one of the larger independents. However for the last year they have been gigging all over their home country and this paid off when Universal Records picked up Sugoi Indeed for Japan, they will also play at the prestigious Summer Sonic Festival… Success at home is not going to stop Electric Eel Shock’s desire to concur the world…
"You’d have to be the most miserable of metal purists or the ultimate elitist trend follower not to allow yourself to simply enjoy this band..." Classic Rock

Released in North America as Go USA!
In January 2004 Electric Eel Shock went into their first studio with Engineer Sean Doherty to record "Go Europe!" which combined the best tracks from previous recordings with a few new tracks. The budget was limited as the band were financing it themselves but it was a big step forward for EES.
